Behind the Work
I work inside Shopify stores that already have traffic, products and ambition — and find the reasons those things aren't turning into orders.
Most stores don't fail because of design taste. They fail because a product page buries the one detail a buyer needs, because a theme ships 400KB of unused script, because collections are structured for the admin rather than for search, or because nobody ever verified that the checkout events were firing.
My work sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial judgement: read the data, isolate the constraint, build the fix in Liquid or in the store's structure, then measure what actually moved. No redesign for the sake of a redesign.
That means I stay close to the numbers after launch. A store is not a deliverable — it's a system that should keep getting better as more real customer behaviour comes in.
